At CORE, we take immense pride in our dedication to nurturing talent and fostering growth within our team. Our commitment to providing thorough training and excellent support for our employees has resulted in an impressive milestone – a 100% success rate in the transition of our apprentices to full-time roles over the last 10 years.
We currently have some fantastic employees who were once apprentices:
- Katy Ridley began her apprenticeship in 2021 and joined us as Project Controls Admin in January 2024.
- Elliot Routledge began his apprenticeship in 2020 and joined us as EC&I Design Engineer in 2023.
- Jake Matear began his apprenticeship 2018 and joined us as Maintenance Technician in 2022.
At CORE, our apprenticeships are designed to provide invaluable hands-on experience and mentoring in a variety of fields including design, project controls, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
Liam, Zach, Kyle, Bobby and Sophie are currently part of our esteemed cohort of apprentices. Their enthusiasm and dedication are a true reflection of the success of our CORE apprenticeship program.
