Dylan joined CORE in July 2024 and is currently completing his Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing apprenticeship in partnership with Lakes College. He has quickly become an integral part of our design team, consistently producing high-quality work.
We asked Dylan about his time as an apprentice:
What is your favourite part of the job?
“Every day I’m learning something new and tackling various different engineering problems. Being able to provide a solution is something that is very satisfying”.
What are the benefits of an apprenticeship?
“Being able to access Higher educational courses with no burden of student loans”.
What has surprised you?
“The amount of responsibility I have been given, this has been key to my growth of becoming an engineer”.
What are your future aspirations after completing your apprenticeship?
“Continue my education to a degree level”.
