State of the art Inactive Hot Cell

The PAR Inactive hot cell is a unique facility which can be used to conduct trials of new equipment and processes before committing them to an active hot cell environment. It houses a full range of equipment that is normally only found on nuclear sites.

Including operatives such as the PAR M3000 Manipulator with a 4m telescoping mast and 1 tonne remotely operated crane.

In order to assess the testing within the Inactive hot cell, we use a state-of-the-art control room with camera operation from up to 16 positions with full recording and streaming services. The testing process is fully overseen by a senior member of our technical team.
