CORE Nuclear Solutions are a UK SME based at Lillyhall Workington who provide specialist services to the nuclear industry. We started by servicing manipulator systems but have grown to cover a full range of nuclear site equipment and have developed a fully Integrated design and testing capability which brings a fully rounded capability to our customers.
Our business is unique in the industry and our success is based on the skills, knowledge, and experience of our team together with our attitude and determination to deliver to our customers’ requirements.
Nuclear Site Services Partnership
CORE Nuclear Solutions have built a Remote Handling Centre of Excellence at Lillyhall, Workington and have grown a local team of experts in remote handling systems that can also reach back to their global capability. CORE Nuclear Solutions have significant expertise in designing remote systems for high radiation and are the world leader in the design and manufacture of telescoping masts for nuclear applications. The Lillyhall facility officially opened in October 2018 and has built a reputation within the industry for technical expertise, safe operations and a pragmatic and reasonable approach to working activities and Health and Safety.
