Apprenticeships & Work Experience

If you are passionate about developing a career in engineering, our Apprenticeship programmes offer an exciting way to develop technical skills while gaining nationally recognised qualifications. The qualifications that you will gain from our specialist training partners, and the invaluable experience that you will gain while being mentored by our team is a perfect foundation for your future career in both the engineering and nuclear industries. 

We also work with multiple schools in West Cumbria to provide excellent one-week work experience opportunities for secondary school and sixth form students who are interested in engineering based careers. During their week with us, students gain practical hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, including design.
